This is an extremely rare Vintage xxxx's Shogun Hi-Ten 500 Touring Bike. These touring bikes were made to order by Alps Industrial Company, LTD in Japan.
Features: Bike seat: Made in Italy by Selle Royal. Hi-Tensile steel tubing frame. Front / Rear Shimano Altus - LTD Dérailleur. Tourney Pedals from Takagi, Japan.
Back brakes are Shimano 500, Front brakes are Shimano Dee-50. Mitsuboshi Silver Star Tires, Shogun 27 x 1 1/8 tires.
There are 2 metal engravings on the handle bars. One says: Road Champion with a picture of a biker. The other metal engraving is the company emblem: Alps Industrial Company, LTD Japan.
This is an awesome, near mint condition touring bike. It is all original and nothing has been modified. The metal logo, stickers and paint are all in great condition.
The bike stands 35 5/8? from the top bar to the ground.
This is a must have for Vintage Treasure Collectors.
